Kos, to Symi, to Rhodes by sea. Fast boats, warn sun, amazing Greek towns, fantastically beautiful beyond almost anything I have seen while traveling. The fast boats on the choppy seas, I could not help but go as far forward on the bow as I could to watch the rocky islands pass and be sprayed with water.

In Kos we walked a few streets off the water and found ancient ruins of the old harbor city in a park that you can walk through, and dogs on pedestals.

After an espresso and ice cream off to Rhodes for a night in an Italian mansion, followed by a few days in Lindos trail running, eating, and drinking local wine.
